Can I purchase fabric directly from Westminster Fibers?
Westminster Fibers is a wholesale fabric supplier to independent retail stores only. If you are a consumer looking for a particular Westminster fabric, please refer to the store locator section on our website to find a retail store location near you.

How can I place an order?
All orders can be placed through our Fabric Customer Service Department:

Where do your fabrics ship from?
Fabrics ship from our warehouse located in Greer, SC.

How can I check to see if you have a fabric available?
Our website features all of the current fabric collections. Please contact our Fabric Customer Service Department toll free at 866-907-3305 to check product availability.

What is the content and width of your fabrics?
All fabric collections are 100% cotton and are available in 44/45" width. Our home decorating fabric collection is 55/56" widths.

What are the standard bolt shipping amounts?
Standard size fabric bolts are 15 yards.

Do you have a fabric catalog?
A fabric catalog is not available because the fabric selections are continually changing. Please view all current fabrics on this site.

How do I arrange to view your fabric lines?
Retailers can contact their Sales Representative, and they will then schedule an appointment with you to visit your store to present the lines. Please visit our contact us page to see a list of Sales Representatives.

I am a Manufacturer needing sample yardage for my projects. Do you provide this?
We currently do not have a sampling program available. Please purchase any sampling yardage needed at a retail store location.

What are your wholesale requirements for new, retail customers?
All first time orders have a minimum purchase requirement of $750. After the initial order, there are no minimum purchase requirements. Westminster Fibers sells direct only to independent retail and quilt stores.

Artwork submission procedures:
All portfolios should showcase your best work and presented as professionally as possible. Because of the large volume of submissions we regularly receive, email submissions are not accepted for review. Artwork submission portfolios must be presented on good quality color copies, shown in full repeat scale, and must include color palette ideas. It is also recommended that you submit a written explanation of how the designs have been inspired.

Your submitted designs will be evaluated on: creativity, originality, innovation, technical skills, how the designs reflect your interests, how they stand alone as well as work together cohesively. We will also be looking for how they showcase the range of your work.

Please keep in mind that we are looking for artwork that is unique from any of our current artists, and we suggest that you look at our websites to review what is currently in our fabric lines and compare these to your designs prior to submitting them.

All portfolios should include your contact information: name, address, email address, and daytime telephone number.

Allow at least 30 days from your submission, and you will be notified by email with a response.
